Rating scale
To improve the reviewer experience, we have adopted a 10-based scale instead of the classic 5-star system. This is to allow reviewers to have a wider spectrum and to be able to express their opinion for the experience they are reviewing.
The numerical evaluation scale is matched by a verbal scale to help the reviewer better express his/her vote.
The grades are:
- Bad
- Bad
- Poor
- Poor
- Acceptable
- Good
- Great
- Superb
- Exceptional
- Incredible
